Carrera Warranty Information
Before returning any item please call us first.
The period of guarantee is 12 months from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers demonstrable defects of material or production. Fill out and return your warranty card as soon as you receive your set. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered (i.e. contact brushes and tires and defects caused by improper use or by modification). Within the first 60 days you must contact your dealer for warranty issues. After 60 days you can contact your dealer or Carrera of America. Postage and freight costs are excluded from the warranty. The costs both to the dealer or Carrera and the return from the dealer or Carrera are borne by the buyer. If you return something to our company for repair or replacement be sure and enclose enough money (or a credit card number) for it's return to you. Remember to enclose a copy of the guarantee card and your invoice along with a description of the problem. Always contact us first before returning any item.
