Carrera Warranty Information
Before returning any item please call us first.
The period of guarantee is 12 months from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers demonstrable defects of material or production. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered (i.e. contact brushes and tires and defects caused by improper use or by modification). Postage and freight costs are excluded from the warranty. The costs both to the dealer and the return from the dealer are borne by the buyer. If you return something to our company for repair or replacement be sure and enclose enough money (or a credit card number) for it's return to you. Remember to enclose a copy of your invoice along with a description of the problem. Always contact us first before returning any item.
